The concept for the British Food Club came from our many visits to food festivals and markets around the UK and abroad, why not bring producers together and allow them to focus on what they do best.

Our mission here is to create a platform that promotes British food and local producers, emphasising sustainability, healthier eating, and a circular economy while providing diverse income streams through innovative business models and strategic partnerships. This has been over ten years in planning and development we intent to launch early 2026.

With deep roots in the British butchery trade and a genuine concern for the decline of traditional high street butchers, we’re committed to giving back and supporting the future of the craft.

We’re now developing a comprehensive butchery support platform designed to assist butchers both in the UK and globally. Our goal is to help traditional butchery businesses embrace the digital age by offering a complete end-to-end solution—whether they’re established or just starting out. From marketing training and website development to Google and social media integration, we provide the tools and support needed to thrive in today’s competitive market.

Working alongside Kevin and Gemma, our Salesarm division developed a unique web presence and a fully integrated room booking system that syncs seamlessly across multiple platforms. This integration has saved the business many hours each week, eliminating the ongoing costs typically associated with standalone booking tools. Additionally, we were able to recover valuable digital assets and access that had been lost when the previous tenants left—saving even more time, stress, and effort.

Star Inn Weaverthorpe

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Swains Family Butchers for over 40 years in various capacities. Our founder, Darren, began his career there as an apprentice and now supports the business by supplying baked goods and providing both digital and offline marketing consultancy as needed. While the butchery trade is traditionally slow to adopt digital tools, Swains have embraced social media with impressive results. We’ve also guided them step by step onto the eCommerce ladder, helping them grow their online presence at a steady and sustainable pace.

Working closely with Jerry and Euan, we collaborated through our York Pie brand to develop a range of unique Wagyu pie flavours. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and this project was a true highlight—from the first meeting and flavour profiling sessions to final production and tasting. We also worked together to create a delicious Wagyu sausage range. The opportunity to work with such a premium ingredient was irresistible—if you’ve never tried Wagyu, it’s a game-changer. This was a truly enjoyable and rewarding journey for everyone involved.
